The internet heh.
I use paper to rough plot, so that I can add/change things on the fly.
I then lay it out so I can see it all, literally. That way I can see if the pacing is off or if there a scene that can be shorter or cut out, etc.
I also like to read a comic or two before I do that above. It helps gets into the groove of things before keyboard bashing.
